Seeking to serve the needs of the vulnerable, poor, needy and despised people.


We are a Christian charity seeking to bring love, hope and faith to the marginalized, poor and  despised orphans, widows and single parents in our villages, towns and cities. Through our team of staff, volunteers and partners we seek to serve the needs of our guests with practical help and spiritual guidance.

We will teach, train and share the Christian values and principles as this vision is birthed out of love for God and others.


2.  FAMILIES

We will seek to encourage and promote strong healthy and functional family structure.


3. EDUCATION

Education is the key to a promising future and a right to every child. The foundation will ensure that every opportunity is given to those who need it. All families, friends and the wider community will be expected to support where necessary.


4.    PARTNERSHIP

The Ambam Foundation will engage and partner with local authorities, community participation groups, local and overseas charities and church groups to mobilize, advocate and actively participate for the rights of the poor, needy and venerable bringing the best service they acquire .

5.  CARING

The Ambam foundation wants to be a welcoming and caring organisation. Pastoral care, mentoring, counselling and regular appraisal will be provided for every guest.  We will seek to support and promote life skills and advocate for needs of our contacts. (Eg.) educational needs, health care advocate, advocate for rights of women and young girls, career planning, marriage preparation. 


6. TRAINING

The nature of the task in the Ambam Foundation demands disciple, commitment, and professionalism. The foundation will ensure that appropriate training will be made available for all staff and volunteers. An effective training program with a common core curriculum will be provided for all trainees.


7. COMMUNITY PROJECTS

The foundation will seek to serve as a service provider and participate where it can to deliver much needed services provided by government and NGO groups in the local community.  The foundation will seek to help and promote local initiatives to self sustainable means where necessary.


8. ACCOUNTABILITY & TRANSPARENT

The foundation will aim to provide regular updates and communication with our contacts, supporters and staff. The foundation will be open and transparent about its dealing with money.


9. HEALTH CARE

Due to the high risks of tropical disease, poor personal hygiene practices and lack of medical supplies  in the village community, Ambam Foundation will seek to be an agent to advocate for good personal hygiene and partner with local health authorities to carry out basic health care needs. 


10.   Aid

Ambam Foundation will seek to offer help where there is an emergency by providing human resource and practical support to those affected directly.
